2013 vs 2018
I’m surprised that they healed so very well but gotta admit I’m super happy about that!!
I also didn’t cut myself for around almost a year now I think? Even though I went through a lot of stress. I’m very happy about that, too.

Things really can get better.
I never thought i would see the day that my wrist wouldn’t be covered in cuts. That these scars would ever fade. If youre struggling, please reach out for help. It took me until my second year of college to do something, but it really did change my life. If you need someone to talk to and feel like you are alone, please at least message me. You are never alone in this battle. I know how hard it is and how much of an every day struggle it is, but it does get better. Please reach out and talk to someone. I know how hard it feels when dealing with depression, anxiety and self harm on your own. Just know that you are better than that, that you can change it.
